ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS II (2025-2026)
Eligibility : Minimum eligible age for admission is 7+ as on 01.04.2025 Boys/ Girls born between 01.04.2017 and 31.03.2018 are eligible for admission to Class II and only such candidates can apply.
Procedure : The candidates will be selected based on interaction of candidate and parents with the Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator. Approximately 70 candidates will be selected for admission to the Class II. Receiving the Application Form or going through the admission procedure does not guarantee admission.
Form : No Forms will be issued from school. Parents are requested to download the form from the school website i.e. www.mbwa.org.in , fill in the required details and submit the same online. This application is to be submitted online any day between 6 th August, 2024 and 20 th August, 2024 . The online registration form must be filled as per instructions given on the website. Parents are to note all instructions carefully. At the time of submission of form, an auto generated Bank Deposit Slip will be generated for depositing the application form fee online . Parents are requested to take a print of the form along with an auto generated Bank Deposit Slip on A-4 size paper (Portrait Mode) only.
Payment : A sum of Rs. 1,200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only) will have to be deposited through online payment the application form fee. This amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Documents : The following documents are to be submitted in the drop box in the School Admin office from 7 th August, 2024 to 21 st August, 2024 between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM . (except Sunday & holidays) (1) A signed copy of the print out of the application form. (2) One copy of recent passport size photo of candidate and both parents. (3) School copy of the application fee Bank Deposit Slip. (4) A copy of the candidate's Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / State / U.T. Government. (5) A copy of Aadhaar Card of Child (If available). (6) A copy of Certificate issued by government for ST/SC/OBC/ Minority category (not required for general category). (7) Photo copy of current year ID card if sibling is a student of MBWA. (8) A copy of supporting document in case any parent is an ex-student. (9) Qualification certificate of both the parents as filled in the form. (10) Income proof of the parents as filled in the form. (11) Last Academic Report card of the Child.
List : The School authorities will shortlist candidates as per its own criteria. The list of selected candidates for interaction with the school authorities will be put up on the school notice board (offline) on 13 th September, 2024 at 3:00 PM . The Date and time of interaction with both parents & candidates will be provided in the same list. The tentative date of interface will be between 20 th September, 2024 to 21 st September, 2024. (The dates may change due to unavoidable circumstances). The form will have an auto generated form number which will be used for all future correspondence and reference. Please keep a printout of all the documents for future reference and verification.
Interaction with Parents & Candidate : It is important that parents adhere to the given time schedule for the interaction to avoid inconvenience. The Interaction Date and Time allotted once will not be changed on the request of parents under any circumstance. A copy of the documents submitted must be presented by parents at the time of interaction.
The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunities to all applicants. We may have more applicants than the number of seats available. Therefore, if a candidate is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her calibre.
Parents must also understand that registration / short listing does not guarantee admission of their wards. If any information is found to be incorrect or false or in case proper documentation is not provided, the application is liable for rejection/cancellation.

Please do not call the school office . All emails will be replied within two working days latest by 20 th August, 2024 (4:00 PM).
