"How Hard Can Homework Be?"

An original student-devised play by Mahadevi Birla World Academy, directed by Dana Roy, bagged 1st position at the Kalakosh , South Point Masquerade One Act Play Competition.

Full of humour and references that immediately connected with the student audience, the play also drew the audience in to reflect more deeply about the anxiety & stress that many students experience

The performance slipped between an ordinary student's reality while sitting down with her homework and her extraordinary imagination leading to fantasy scenes that revealed her inner mind. The play left parents, teachers and students alike with the overwhelming message that in a world where too many factors may divide or cause stress it is patience & human connection that is the key.
